Policies

Arrival 
Please plan to arrive 5-10 minutes before the start time of your session to complete paperwork and let yourself prepare for your experience. I ask that clients arrive freshly bathed and smokers please refrain from smoking 2 hours prior to session. Alcohol or recreational drug consumption is contra-indicated for massage therapy/spa treatments and will result in cancellation of the session.

Walk-Ins
I currently DO NOT accept walk-ins and currently only accept clients that have an appointment, but feel free to contact me to schedule one. (801) 830-2823

Outside Distractions
Mobile phones are to be OFF or on VIBRATE only and are not to be answered during your session. This is to allow you to have an undisturbed experience and let you leave your stressful world far behind for the time you are at Euphoria Massage & Wellness. While I love children, I ask that ALL children be left in the care of someone off premise unless they themselves are receiving a treatment. Short people have a knack for disrupting quiet moments with their joyful exuberance for life. If anything is needed to help you be more comfortable (extra bolster, particular essential oil, heat/cool in room, water, hair tie, etc) please do not hesitate to ask me.

Payment Due at Time of Service
Full payment is due at time of service. I accept VENMO, cash, checks & credit cards. If you need to cancel your session or reschedule to a different time, please do so 24 hours before the scheduled session to avoid paying for the time you had reserved. A client who does not show up to their appointment will be charged for their missed appointment. If you are late to your session you are welcome to receive whatever time is left in your appointment. If you are more than 15min late, you will be considered a “No-Show” and will be required to pay the full amount for your appointment.  Due to my tightly booked schedule I am generally unable to extend your session beyond your original appointment time. Regardless of the length of the service actually given, you will be responsible for payment of the full service you scheduled. Gratuities are not included in the prices of our services and are always appreciated. All gratuities are at the client’s discretion, but are customarily 18-30% of the regular cost of service.

Professional Behavior
Any sexual innuendoes, language and behavior will not be tolerated! Session will end immediately and the client will be charged full price if such an occurrence takes place. Please give me feed back on any ways that would make your visit even more exquisite. I am always striving to bring more profound ‘getaways’ to my clients.
